Data Security & Trust
Our customers rely on us to keep their data safe. Our security and privacy practices exceed industry standards and are ingrained in every part of our business so that we maintain the highest level of care in protecting our customers’ data. We’ve validated our strong security posture by using industry-leading tools and processes, and by achieving SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA and TISAX compliance.
Equitable Access to Technology
We’ve expanded free-tier access to the New Relic One Observability Platform for nonprofits, charities, NGOs and students; and provide pro bono support to nonprofits. Our commitment is to make Observability open source, community-driven, frictionless, and part of every developer workflow.
We believe businesses of all sizes have to take bold action to combat climate change. At New Relic, we are continuously evaluating ways to improve our environmental management strategy.
Our corporate governance is rooted in high standards of honesty, integrity, ethical business conduct and compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Achievements in pay equity
Through analysis and special compensation adjustments, we made significant achievements in gender pay equity globally and racial pay equity in the U.S., where we collect ethnicity information.
$6.5M+ of product and discounts
Our social impact programs provided free and discounted access to New Relic One to nonprofits in 2022.
Calculated Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions
We collected emissions data for fiscal years 2021 and 2022, as well as for fiscal 2020—our pre-pandemic business as usual—in order to disclose New Relic’s Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
