It means inspiring and enabling every Relic to ignite positive change where we live, work and play, alongside a continued commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. We are on a mission to democratize access to observability with our products and drive social and cultural change through our technology. Our values drive us to tackle the challenges facing our industry with transparency, integrity, and purpose to build a better world today and for future generations.

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

Achievements in pay equity

Through analysis and special compensation adjustments, we made significant achievements in gender pay equity globally and racial pay equity in the U.S., where we collect ethnicity information.

$6.5M+ of product and discounts

Our social impact programs provided free and discounted access to New Relic One to nonprofits in 2022.

Calculated Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions

We collected emissions data for fiscal years 2021 and 2022, as well as for fiscal 2020—our pre-pandemic business as usual—in order to disclose New Relic’s Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
