Leading observability for a better world

We are all about building something amazing. That doesn’t stop at setting engineers up to build amazing software. It means inspiring and enabling every Relic to ignite positive change where we live, work and play, alongside a continued commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. We are on a mission to democratize access to observability with our products and drive social and cultural change through our technology. Our values drive us to tackle the challenges facing our industry with transparency, integrity, and purpose to build a better world today and for future generations.

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

Achieved pay equity

Through analysis and special compensation adjustments, we achieved gender pay equity globally and racial pay equity in the U.S., where we collect ethnicity information. We are committed to maintaining equity through regular audits.

$6M In product donations in 2021

Our Observability for Good program provided free and discounted access to New Relic One to 500+ nonprofits and NGOs around the world.

Calculating Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions

The majority of our carbon footprint comes from our energy usage in data centers, LEED facilities, and employee travel. We are currently measuring our climate impacts and will report on those impacts in the future.
