He is qualified in Design and Technology with Post Graduate in Education and has experience developing applications for retailers and banks, and building technical training programs for companies like BSkyB, Dorling Kindersley, and vendors like Apple and Adobe. After running a training business for 10 years he joined New Relic in 2018 and enjoys helping customers and partners leverage the New Relic platform.
