Liam Hurrell is an experienced education leader with over two decades of experience in the technology industry.  He previously founded an Adobe training business, showcasing his creative approach and understanding of customer needs. As Senior Manager at New Relic, Liam pioneered a multi-level certification program for the observability industry, focusing on dedicated roles.  He leads a team of content architects responsible for driving the customer education strategy at New Relic.
