I have nearly 20 years’ experience in digital, from launching a sector leading online entertainment publication in 2002, to joining dabs.com in 2007. Since then my roles have covered marketing, commercial, and product before taking on the reigns of Head of eCommerce in 2015; the latter move enabled me to lead BT Shop into the Consumer part of BT in early 2017. Since then the business has more than doubled its revenues, and delivered its capability to millions of customers across BT, EE & Plusnet.
