Clearly defined and well-measured Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) are a key pillar of any reliability program. SLOs allow organisations and teams to make smart, data-driven decisions about risk and the right balance of investment between reliability and product velocity.

Watch this webinar with New Relic’s Elisa Binette, Director of Software Engineering, as she discusses:

  • The common definition of reliability (and what it really means)

  • The importance of boundaries

  • How to define SLOs

  • The importance of measurement and how it changes with different architectures
