New Relic Names Jim Gochee Chief Product Officer, Erica Schultz as EVP, Enterprise and Commercial
Software Analytics Company Promotes Leadership to Drive Product Excellence and Customer Success
Software analytics company New Relic, Inc. (NYSE:NEWR) announced new promotions designed to drive product excellence and advance customer success. Jim Gochee has been named Chief Product Officer, a newly created position reporting directly to CEO and Founder Lew Cirne. In addition, sales leader Erica Schultz has been promoted to EVP, Commercial and Enterprise.

As Chief Product Officer, Gochee will continue to have responsibility for product strategy, product design, product management, research, corporate development, and will add engineering and site operations. In his previous role as SVP of Product Strategy, Gochee led the team responsible for designing the New Relic Software Analytics Cloud. This industry-leading multi-tenant, SaaS-based platform is trusted by thousands of companies, government agencies, and non-profits in their efforts to improve their customers’ digital experience with their web and mobile channels.

Schultz joined the company in 2014 as SVP and led the company’s expansion into the Commercial and Enterprise markets, as well as internationally. Under her leadership, New Relic has seen accelerated success in the enterprise market even as the company demonstrated growth across all customer segments.
