Through three products, he's exploring new ways for any product stakeholder to unlock the value of software telemetry and product analytics data and add value regardless of their technical acumen. Outside work, he's a community conflict mediator, contemporary absurdist short story writer, and father of three cats, Frog, Toad, and Luna.
