The New Relic name

The New Relic name must always include a space and the “N” and the “R” must be capitalized. It should never be spelled “new relic” or “NewRelic.”

Media assets of New Relic, Inc. (“New Relic”) include the New Relic name, logo, trademarks, and any word, phrase, image, or other designation that identifies the source or origin of any of New Relic's products (“Marks”). Please don't modify any Marks or use them in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by New Relic, or in a way that confuses New Relic with another brand (including your own).

Without overriding any express terms that you may have agreed to as part of your agreement with New Relic, you, directly or as an agent of the respective New Relic customer, acknowledge that by using New Relic’s Marks you agree to follow these Trademark Guidelines and all of New Relic’s rules and policies, including but not limited to New Relic's Acceptable Use Policy. New Relic monitors the use of its Marks and reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change the permission in these Trademark Guidelines at any time at its sole discretion. Please note that depending on your relationship with New Relic, additional limitations may apply to your use of New Relic’s Marks.
