Schedule K: Solution Offering Terms: Critical Event Services - Product Launch

NEW RELIC SOFTWARE ANALYTICS – CRITICAL EVENT SERVICES - PRODUCT LAUNCH

The following tasks are included as part of this New Relic Critical Event Services Product Launch Package:

a)    Implementation Assistance

New Relic will assist Customer with the following implementation activities as applicable and at the Customer's direction:

  1.     Assist Customer with deployment and configuration of up to ten (10) New Relic software agents in pre-production environment as applicable;

  2.     Assist Customer with load testing for optimal performance and functionality including apdex tuning for up to two (2) applications;

  3.     Assist Customer with configuration of up to fifteen (15) New Relic alert policies, with a maximum of four (4) alert conditions per policy, for indicative user stories;

  4.     Assist Customer with the integration into centralized alerting platforms for sending unidirectional alerts from New Relic into one (1) alerting platform;

  5.     Assist Customer with identifying up to ten (10) Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) for dashboarding needs;

  6.     Assist Customer with building up to two (2) custom dashboards, with a maximum of seven (7) widgets each, for Customer’s use within New Relic Insights.
