You’ve started your journey into the cloud. You’ve picked an application to move and you started your migration, but something’s gone wrong.

What do you do when a cloud migration goes south? How do you diagnose the problem, how do you recover, and how do you move forward when all seems lost? Even more important, how do you prevent this from happening in your next migration?

Hear from cloud expert, Lee Atchison as he discusses the best practices, including:

  • Why visibility and measurement matter before, during, and after your cloud migration

  • How planning and early instrumentation can help you avoid problems and result in success

  • What KPIs are important to track to prove success with your cloud migration
