Our customer experience class focuses on improving CSAT, and delivering an optimised experienced for your customer. Learn what is important to the customer’s perceived experience, and discover how to troubleshoot the Core Web Vitals. Alongside the analysis of real-time user telemetry, this class also teaches a proactive approach to understanding your site’s performance and will give you the skills to create scripted customer journey tests so that you can be alerted of site issues before your customers run into them.
