During the onboarding process, you may go through steps 1-5 listed above. You may also download the Digital Onboarding PDF which will have all of the relevant information regarding onboarding. 

To register for a course, you need to have a New Relic account. Sign in to your New Relic account using the “Sign In button found on the menu bar of this page. If you don't have a New Relic account, you can create one for free at newrelic.com/signup.

New Relic has several resources to help you along your learning journey. 

  1. In-App Help: Provides technical guidance and allows you to submit support cases to get help with product issues, errors or performance.
  2. New Relic Support Forum: A community forum where you can connect with experts, access in-depth articles form our knowledge base and stay updated with the latest product insights and tips.
  3. Ask The Experts Sessions: Join our weekly live Q&A sessions with our team of experts. 

There are several New Relic Observability Certifications you can get including the free New Relic Verified Foundation (NVF) certification and other more advanced certifications. 

To register for an exam, you need a Webassessor test taker account. Find the exam you're interested in, and click ‘Register for Exam which will take you to the Webassessor exam portal where you can sign in. If you don't have a Webassessor test taker account, you can sign up for free on the exam portal.

By taking these certification exams, you will have the opportunity to gain a certification, and become part of the community who are New Relic Certified. If successful in passing the exam you will be awarded the professional credential, and able to share it with your network pursuant to our New Relic University terms and policies.
