John Withers is a Principal Product Marketing Manager, where he focuses on New Relic’s Telemetry Data Platform and Kubernetes. He’s worked in product marketing for the past 3 years, having started his PMM career at MuleSoft. Previous roles include serving as a Solutions Consultant at Salesforce and working in ecommerce operations strategy at Apple. Before joining the tech industry, John served for 10 years in the US Army as a Special Forces helicopter pilot and aviation leader. John holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Josh Biggley has nearly 25 years of experience in the IT industry including extensive experience in healthcare, automotive manufacturing, and consulting with a focus and specialization on enterprise-scale monitoring and observability. He is a storyteller and data geek, who loves telling stories with data even more than he loves cardigans. (And he really loves cardigans!)

Josh lives in beautiful Prince Edward Island on the East coast of Canada. He and his wife have 4 children, 1 daughter-in-law, a cat named Cat, and a Boston Terrier named Mabel. He is a recent convert to electric vehicle life and loves to talk about his two EVs
