Alexis Jones is a Product Marketing lead at New Relic where she works with customers and partners to assist in their modernization and observability initiatives. She's been in the technology industry for over a decade, serving in product marketing, strategy, and finance roles for enterprise software, semiconductor hardware, and financial services companies. Born and raised in South Florida, Alexis graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ward Cunningham

Principal Software Engineer, New Relic

Ward Cunningham has worked for and consulted with daring startups and huge corporations. He has served as CTO, Director, Fellow, Principal Engineer and Inventor. He is best known for creating wiki. He leads an open-source project rebuilding wiki to solve more complex sharing situations addressing some of society's toughest problems. Ward founded movements in object-oriented, agile software, extreme programming and pattern languages. Ward lives in Portland, Oregon and works for New Relic, Inc.
