As a Principal Developer Relations Engineer at New Relic, Harry helps software engineers, DevOps, SREs and operations experts to understand and implement proactive and scalable observability practices by leveraging open source technologies and the New Relic platform. He's also a passionate software craftsman with 25+ years experience in a broad spectrum of development technologies and platforms, mostly focusing on .NET/C#, the Microsoft development stack, and cloud-native software architectures. Other key focuses include: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the observability, monitoring, and securing of these cloud environments. He has expertise in the acceleration of base application architectures with a model-driven approach, best practices, patterns, and code generation techniques. Currently, he's interested in Distributed Application Runtime (Dapr), Application Modernization (cloud migrations, re-architecting, etc).
