A New Relic O11y Day is a morning of hands-on workshops for software engineers and operators who are building and running the applications we all use every day. In these hands-on workshops, you’ll learn how to build, run, and debug your services by applying key observability practices. This is your opportunity to learn by doing, not by looking at slides.

What will I get out of it?

We’ll deep dive into topics including service level management and reliability, alert quality management and instrumenting your application with OTel - traces, metrics, and logs. You will learn new ways of exploring and utilising New Relic data to become quicker in finding and fixing issues, and reducing your MTTR. As an engineer, you’ll know that there is a cost behind every metric. Here, you’ll learn how to surface valuable business metrics and make impactful data-driven decisions for your company.
