Use Apdex to Measure User Satisfaction
The apdex standard helps you to measure how satisfied users are with your web apps and services. Compared to traditional metrics such as average response time, which can be skewed by a few very long responses, apdex provides a more complete insight into user satisfaction by measuring not just app response time, but also error rates against a set threshold, called Apdex T.
Watch this 45-minute webinar to learn more about:
- What apdex is and how to calculate it
- How to set the right threshold
- Special transactions and transaction Traces
- How to improve your Apdex Score
- Your apdex questions answered.
Understanding apdex and how it is calculated will help you to get the most from apdex charts and alerts. If you can’t attend live, you can still register to be emailed the recording.
