The holiday season is officially here, and it brings the perfect opportunity to pause and appreciate the standout moments we've celebrated and connected over this past year! Now, we're ready to get excited for the future ahead. We've seen some meaningful changes at New Relic that continue to help our teams grow stronger and drive greater impact in the observability market. That strength is built on our people, the driving force behind our great teams and innovative products. Looking ahead to 2026, we are focused on building an even more vibrant culture where collaboration thrives and unlocking the full potential of every Relic to drive our shared success.
When we focus on setting our teams up for success, the external results naturally follow. This year, New Relic was named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for the 13th consecutive year and a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) for the second consecutive year. We also announced that we achieved $1 billion in revenue, placing us at the top 0.15% of companies worldwide.
This success is a direct result of our commitment to innovation. In 2025 so far, we hosted three global New Relic Now+ Events, our quarterly global events designed to share our latest product innovations and connect with the market. These powerful releases unveiled 20+ distinct new capabilities for the New Relic Intelligent Platform along with major integrations, all focused on transforming overwhelming system complexity into operational confidence. These recognitions and accomplishments are a testament to the innovation and passion our global teams fuel every day.
Year of Connection & Investment
Beyond our product innovation, this year was packed with milestones that showcase exactly how we invest in our people: by driving community impact, creating engaging spaces to gather together, and showing up in the field as a team.
We dedicated resources to individual growth through our fourth annual Grow Your Career Month. We continued to foster safe and supportive work environments for all Relics—a dedication highlighted by our perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for supporting LGBTQ+ workplace equality. We also reinforced our commitment to giving back with our fourth annual Global Impact Day and continued our global expansion by opening a beautiful new office in Dublin, Ireland. What's been mentioned is just a snapshot! Our teams connected, celebrated, and collaborated countless other times, both virtually and in person, driving the positive momentum we're carrying into the new year!
Voices of the Relics
Ultimately, it's the sum of all our moments and people that define our culture. Whether it's celebrating holidays together or a major milestone like opening a new global office, we prioritize creating space to connect, show up, and drive impact.

Working for New Relic has led me to some of the best moments of my career so far. Not only am I doing critical engineering work on the services which are the front door to NRDB, a large, custom, concurrent database, but I also have led multiple Lean In/Peer Mentorship circles and organized events such as an annual Engineering Olympics and a Holiday Card Swap to foster community across our distributed organization. The engineering work that I do as a Senior Software Engineer at New Relic is exciting, rewarding and I’m proud of the work I do.
New Relic has one of the most collaborative cultures I've experienced. As a new hire (Mar '25), I've sat with the CEO, CMO, CPO, and CCO, and they genuinely wanted my input! I've traveled over 6,000 miles for conventions and training and spoken directly to key stakeholders for some of the world's biggest companies. I'm grateful to be a Relic!
One of my biggest highlights this year was transitioning from a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to a People Operations Partner. After over four years of supporting the Talent Acquisition team, I've truly enjoyed tackling new challenges and applying my experience in this new role, allowing me to drive strategic impact within a different part of the People team and the wider business.
Driving Community Impact
Our Atlanta Relics celebrated Global Impact Day by rolling up their sleeves and volunteering at a local food bank. This is what community and teamwork look like when we give back!
Planting a better future! Our team in Hyderabad celebrated Earth Day by planting 170 saplings in the local community.
Creating Engaging Spaces
Cheers to our new home in Dublin! The opening of our new office at Huckletree is a huge step in our global growth—it provides an amazing setting designed for deeper collaboration, productivity, and a strong sense of belonging for the team as we look ahead.
Our Hyderabad team came together for a warm and vibrant Diwali celebration, recognizing the importance of diverse traditions across our global team!
The People Team gathered in SFO for their offsite, but they didn't just connect with each other! With incredible energy, we channeled our teamwork into creating bikes for a local non-profit, driving impact right back into the community.
Igniting the future in Florida! Members of our awesome Mid-Market Solutions Consultant team at our Sales Kick-Off in beautiful Orlando earlier this year!
Atlanta Relics in attendance for our ATL NRise Conference, our internal conference dedicated to help employees sharpen their skills, connect with other Relics and contribute to “big picture” thinking.
Showing Up in the Field As A Team
We were thrilled to partner with the Women Tech Network for this dynamic job fair in our Barcelona office, part of a three-event series focused on expanding opportunities for women in tech.
Relics took San Francisco by storm last month at GitHub Universe. With our dynamic, superhero-themed booth, we created meaningful connections with customers and taught everyone about the power of New Relic.
