Matt Shandera

Matt serves as New Relic's Customer Adoption Director and as Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer. He's focused on helping customers solve problems faster with better observability. Having launched Observability for Good as part of NewRelic.org, Matt is extremely passionate about helping nonprofit organizations further their missions to make the world better for all of us using technology. Prior to New Relic, Matt served in leadership with several nonprofits. When he's not working, you can find him playing nerdy games or hanging out with his family.
