Brian Emerson is New Relic’s Chief Product Officer, responsible for leading the company’s platform innovation strategy, user experience and roadmap execution. With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry spanning all facets of IT, SaaS, cloud and DevOps technologies, Emerson has a passion for building great products that people love to use. Previously, he held senior product leadership roles at ServiceNow, VMware, BMC Software, and Remedy, where he worked on some of the industry’s most widely adopted enterprise software solutions. Emerson earned his business degree in Operations Management & Information Systems from Santa Clara University.
