This is an event by and for the BIPOC community to come together to celebrate our unique experiences, explore the possibilities for underrepresented people in the tech sector—and share new ideas for working together to change the face of tech for the future.

Arlan Hamilton
An Investor and the Founder and Managing Partner of Backstage Capital, Arlan has invested in more than 150 startups of women, BIPOC and LGBQ+ “underestimated founders.” Her first book, About Damn Time, chronicles her personal journey as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist.
