Erica Schultz Joins New Relic as SVP of Global Enterprise Sales
---
New Relic, Inc., a software analytics company, today announced that Oracle veteran Erica Schultz has joined the company as senior vice president of global enterprise sales, reporting directly to Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, New Relic’s chief revenue officer. At New Relic, Schultz will drive the enterprise go-to-market strategy globally, focused on developing and supporting New Relic’s relationship with large organizations.
Schultz comes to New Relic with nearly 20 years of experience in software and SaaS sales at some of the world’s most notable technology brands. She most recently served as EVP of global sales and customer success at LivePerson, a leader in digital engagement. Prior to that, during her 16-year tenure with Oracle Corporation, she founded and led numerous teams within the sales organization, taking pioneering roles in the company’s cloud business and North America and Latin America markets. Additionally, she sat on the Global Executive Steering Committee for Oracle’s Women’s Leadership program.
“Erica brings an unmatched level of expertise in building and leading global SaaS sales organizations to New Relic,” says Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, chief revenue officer at New Relic. “Her first-hand experience in organizing revenue-generating programs at leading software companies strongly aligns with the long-term growth goals we have at New Relic.”
New Relic is building a new category of enterprise software with highly intuitive products. Schultz’s role as SVP of global enterprise sales will play a critical role in driving New Relic’s longstanding commitment to being a product-first software company – one that delivers powerful, easy-to-adopt and innovative tools to help customers build and run modern software.
