New Relic Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
Shares to Trade on NYSE Under Ticker Symbol "NEWR"
Software analytics company New Relic, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $23.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on December 12, 2014, under the symbol "NEWR." In addition, New Relic has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock from New Relic at the initial public offering price.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Allen & Company LLC and UBS Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities LLC and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
