Jimmy Wilcox

Jimmy began his career at New Relic on the Global Technical Support team, specializing in Account Management, New Relic Browser, and New Relic Insights. He now works on the Digital Platform Services team as an Associate Solutions Architect, helping to drive customer enablement. When he isn't working, Jimmy can be found knitting on a couch or out hiking the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest.
