His work centers on making AI systems as observable as the code around them: tracing every prompt, model call, and token through OpenTelemetry GenAI conventions so teams can see quality, cost, and latency in one view. He’s shaping how enterprises observe and run their AI software factories with confidence. He joined through New Relic’s acquisition of IOpipe, the serverless observability pioneer he co-founded and led as CEO, and mentors founders at Techstars.
