New Relic Opens Public Beta for Industry’s First SaaS Java Web Application Management Solution

Latest version of RPM is designed to manage Java web apps in the cloud or the datacenter

New Relic, Inc., the leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of application performance management solutions, today announced the opening of a public beta program for the latest version of its popular RPM product. The new version can be used to monitor, troubleshoot and tune Java web applications in addition to those developed on Ruby on Rails. RPM, used by more than 2,000 customers, is the industry’s first Application Performance Management (APM) product to be offered as a service, making it ideal for managing applications in the Cloud or in the datacenter.

About the New Relic Beta Program

The New Relic Beta Program for Java web application management is now open and continues until the new version is generally available. Beta program participants will work with a fully functioning version of RPM capable of providing 24x7 monitoring and troubleshooting of Java applications.
