San Francisco - 12 de Septiembre de 2012

New Relic, Inc., the SaaS-based cloud application performance management provider, and Loggly, the world’s most popular cloud-based log management service, today announced a new partnership. Now, customers of Loggly get New Relic Standard free of charge to monitor, troubleshoot and tune their web applications. Available immediately, Loggly and New Relic customers can also download and install the 'New Relic – Loggly Integration' Chrome extension to seamlessly view corresponding log and performance data and streamline root cause analysis.

Offered as a simple to deploy and use SaaS solution, Loggly provides a cloud-based application intelligence engine for cloud businesses. Loggly indexes application log data which can be used to troubleshoot, monitor and analyze customer usage in real-time environments. Loggly allows organizations to be proactive with their log data, resulting in better business intelligence and actionable results. With Loggly, log search becomes easy and centralized, allowing operations, development and support teams to leverage the valuable information contained in logs from any application source including cloud-based, on-premise and mobile to better understand their business.

The 'New Relic – Loggly Integration' Chrome extension is available now at the Chrome Web Store. The extension makes it fast and easy to switch between Loggly and New Relic while maintaining a selected timeframe. Once the extension has been added, you can access New Relic directly from within the Loggly shell, and access Loggly directly from the tray of links on a New Relic graph. This provides organizations with the ability to compare important log and performance data in order to troubleshoot application performance issues, monitor deployments and reduce system downtime.

"Assured application performance and stability is paramount for any company wanting to differentiate with a positive user experience," said Charlie Oppenheimer, CEO of Loggly, "The partnership between Loggly and New Relic enables us to provide customers with a unique integrated multi-faceted view on application behavior."

"By partnering with Loggly, we are bringing our leading solutions together in a way that makes it simple and easy for developers and organizations to monitor and troubleshoot their applications and perform root cause analysis," said Bill Lapcevic, New Relic’s vice-president of business development. "This cuts down on the times it takes to determine an issue and get an application back into a healthy state."
