Gil Rice is New Relic's VP of Strategy Consulting, focused on supporting New Relic global customers in their design, implementation, and measurement of software observability. Gil has 20 years of experience in software development, professional services, and service assurance. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and lives and works in Toronto when not on an airplane.
