Open to qualified Series A and earlier startups:
- Full platform access. 5 users and generous data ingest per month, and every New Relic AI feature — room to instrument the whole stack from day one.
- Ongoing office hours. Time with New Relic Forward Deployed Engineers to get your team productive fast.
- Launch Day support. A New Relic engineer alongside you on your most important day.
- Quarterly architecture reviews. Sessions with our principal engineers to harden your architecture as you scale.
- War Room sessions. Elite peer learning with other founders and guest experts.
A program, not a pile of credits
Credits alone don't make a team successful with observability. Using it well, early, does. Every startup in the program gets onboarding, monthly office hours, and paired technical sessions with New Relic engineers — plus a community of founders and engineers working through the same problems. We help teams turn credits into a working observability practice, and a Series A or B story backed by production data instead of assertions.
Because it runs on the full Intelligent Observability Platform, the program scales with the company: one stack from seed to exit, no re-platforming when you grow.
