I’m thrilled to share that today, New Relic has been recognized by Fortune Magazine as a Best Workplace in Technology for 2022. On top of that, we were recently awarded spots on Fortune Magazine’s Best Workplaces for Millennials 2022 list and PEOPLE Magazine’s Companies That Care 2022 list.
These award recognitions speak to our commitment to our company culture that provides our employees a clear and exciting mission, creates an environment that helps employees learn and grow, and fosters a sense of belonging.
I am especially proud of everything our employees have accomplished while adapting to the continued demands of the pandemic—from working from home, juggling childcare, and managing health concerns. This has reinforced my commitment to not only maintaining our company culture, but to continually search for ways to build on our successes and shape our culture with intention.
Some of the latest steps we have taken speak to this commitment. Earlier this year, we unveiled our first ever Social Impact Report, announced our achievements in pay equity across gender and race, and increased transparency by releasing our own Diversity, Equity and Inclusion data on our website. We also continue to see great employee feedback on our Flex First work model that we rolled out last year, which allows our employees to choose the work arrangement that best fits their life—whether that be in-office, remote, or hybrid.
We are able to continually improve on our successes as an organization because every New Relic lives our values of being bold, passionate, accountable, authentic and connected.
