The New Relic University Sweepstakes 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”) will be held March 17, 2026, through March 19, 2026

How to Enter:
Beginning on March 17, 2026, and ending on March 19, 2026, New Relic will invite eligible participants to participate
in the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Prize specified below, participants must: (1)
register for one or more workshops at https://newrelic.com/event/new-relic-university-workshop-series, and (2)
attend at least one live workshop. The Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per participant.
Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes their acceptance of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE
OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THESE SWEEPSTAKES.
Selection of Winners:
One hundred winners will be chosen at random from a drawing of all eligible entries on March 25, 2026. The winners
will be notified via the email address that they used to register for the workshop. Winners will have fourteen days
after notification to claim their Prize.
Prizes: One hundred winners will receive either an Associate or Professional level certification exam, valued at
approximately $125 or $175 USD respectively (each, a “Prize”). All winners will also receive the Digital Readiness Kit.

The Sweepstakes is strictly limited to permanent, legal United States residents who are at least eighteen years of age.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their participation in the Sweepstakes is lawful. New Relic employees
are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. New Relic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify
participants for any reason, including if it is determined that one’s participation in the Sweepstakes is not lawful.
Release:
ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE SWEEPSTAKES RELEASE NEW RELIC, INC. AND ITS RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, AND SHAREHOLDERS (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DAMAGES
ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE, ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES
AND/OR ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR LOSS OF PROPERTY. BEFORE CLAIMING THEIR
PRIZE, THE WINNER MUST EXECUTE AN AFFIDAVIT AND WAIVER VERIFYING THEIR ELIGIBILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGING (i)
THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY TAXES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE AWARDED AND (ii) THAT NEW RELIC
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES CAUSED WHILE OPERATING PRIZES AWARDED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES.

RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, COSTS OR LOSSES TO ANY PERSON
OR PROPERTY OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH (1) TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERRORS IN THE
PRINTING OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES; (2) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OR DISCONNECTIONS OR DISCONNECTIONS IN PHONE LINES, HARDWARE,
SOFTWARE OR FAILURE OF ANY EMAIL OR ENTRIES TO BE RECEIVED BY NEW RELIC DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS,
HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION, UNAVAILABLE NETWORK CONNECTIONS ON THE INTERNET OR ANY
WEBSITE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY TAMPERING WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES; (4) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR IN
THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PRIZE; OR (5) LATE, LOST, UNDELIVERABLE, DAMAGED OR STOLEN MAIL.
Publicity:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, any participant irrevocably grants New Relic, Inc. and its respective successors,
assigns, and licensees, the right to use such Sweepstakes participant’s Entry or submission, name, likeness,
biographical information in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial,
advertising, and promotional purposes as well as in, on, or in connection with the Sweepstakes or other promotions,
and hereby releases New Relic, Inc. from any liability with respect thereto, unless prohibited by law.
General:
The Sweepstakes is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and
the forum and venue for any dispute shall be San Francisco, California.
