- Telcos are leapfrogging to AI. Despite lagging in traditional monitoring infrastructure, 74% of telco organizations have already deployed AI monitoring—far exceeding the global average of 54%.
- The cost of downtime is rising. The stakes are incredibly high for connectivity providers. Telcos report that high-business-impact outages cost an average of $2 million per hour, significantly higher than the $1.7 million global average. Meanwhile, IT organizations face a lower but still significant cost of $1.6 million per hour.
- Observability drives exceptional ROI. The investment is paying off. 58% of telcos and 49% of IT companies see observability delivering an ROI of 2x or more.
