New Relic’s FutureStack Conference Awards 10 Diversity Scholarships

New Relic, Inc., the software analytics platform company, today announced their scholarship recipients for the company’s first-ever technology conference, FutureStack13, taking place Oct. 24-25 in San Francisco. As part of New Relic’s commitment to increase diversity across the technology industry, scholarships have been awarded to 10 outstanding candidates hailing from developer-centric community groups geared toward enhancing technical diversity. Also showcasing their commitment to expanding diversity in the development community, AppDirect, CloudBees, Datapipe, GitHub, Joyent and Fastly are sponsoring the FutureStack scholarship recipients, which include a fully paid trip to the conference. At FutureStack, scholarship attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the future of application technology, software development and developer culture, while also networking with New Relic mentors, partner sponsors, hiring managers and other industry influencers. The conference will be an inspirational playground for attendees of all types to discuss, debate and define how modern software is evolving today and in the years to come.
