A 25+ year technology leader in cloud, SaaS, and AI, Michael has spearheaded major infrastructure evolutions—from building early VoIP products at Cisco to advancing AI platform architectures at Proofpoint. He specializes in helping enterprise I&O teams transform complex system telemetry into actionable operational intelligence. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.
