New Relicでは、当社のソリューションに対する需要の高まりに対応し、新たな顧客エンゲージメントを促進するためにインサイドセールスチーム(以下SDR)を強化します。

New RelicのSDRは、会社全体のセールスファネルを創出する重要な役割を担っています。お客様はNew Relicを初めてご利用になる場合が多いため、SDRはNew Relicの会社、サービスを印象付けすることでリードの質を高め、適切な次のステップを見極める必要があります。そして、お客様の課題を発掘し、お答えすることで、当社の営業部門を支えるパイプラインを創出いただきます。

これまでチームでの営業活動を重視し、トップパフォーマンスを発揮された方、インサイドセールス、営業職でのキャリアアップに強い関心を持っている方のご応募をお持ちしております。

応募条件:

  • インサイドセールス経験2年以上、外資系SaaS企業のインサイドセールス経験1年以上の方が望ましい。
  • アウトバウンド、インバウンドコール共にスキルがある方
  • ペルソナを意識したメッセージ開発を積極的に実施し、チームにフィードバックできる方
  • セルフスターターで高いトランザクション量を自分で管理できる方
  • 社内営業効率化SaaSツール(CRM、メール配信ツール、その他)使用経験があること。Salesforceユーザー歓迎
  • 日本語ネイティブスピーカー / 日本国内での就業が可能な方(ビザサポートはありません)

The SDR is often our customer’s first experience with New Relic so you need to be able to make a great first impression to earn the right to qualify our leads and identify what the appropriate next steps should be.

And to answer the question that should be on your mind: Yes, our successful SDRs are the Talent Pipeline that feeds our Sales organization. The ideal SDR candidate, along with having a track record of top performance, will also have the organizational skills to handle a high lead flow and should have a strong interest in advancing his/her career in Sales.

What You'll Do

  • Articulate the New Relic business value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior level executives
  • Update prospect interaction in salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives

Your Qualifications

Must-have:

  • 1+ years prior sales experience
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Articulate with strong business acumen
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM
  • Native Japanese speaker

Nice-to-have:

  • Sales experience within a Software/High Tech company
