Tom Doherty is a Lead Technical Training Program Manager at New Relic. He has held numerous customer-facing positions within Support and Education during his 7+ years at New Relic. His primary focus is building and delivering training to customers as well as providing coaching for New Relic employees. Tom has 16 years of experience in the software industry - half of which was spent writing Java and .NET applications for companies large and small. His hobbies include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and social distancing. His favorite book is 1984 and his least favorite movie is 1984. Tom lives in the midlands of Ireland with his wife, two sons, and three fish.
