For the past two decades i dedicated my career to resolving customer issues, delivering High quality System Architecture, Cloud and digital transformations. My teams have built Site Reliability Automation, Fault Tolerant and Auto Scalable, High Redundancy systems for Education, Retail, Financial and networking technology organizations. Recently, my focus is geared towards using intelligent monitoring systems to objectively measure and track customer impacting SLAs and monitoring the customer experience.
