Danny Roessner is the Director of Engineering in the Post Acute Care space at WellSky. He has previously worked as a back-end Engineer, a front-end Engineer, and an Architect, all in Healthcare IT. With over 10 years of experience in building great software for Healthcare providers, Danny is focused on giving providers the tools to realize care's potential.

Delivering customer-centric Healthcare software and services is more important than ever. The Post Acute Care team at WellSky sought to add more visibility into their solutions to better understand customer needs. This was achieved by adding instrumentation to measure performance across key transactions and applications. In this session, you will learn how to build a key transactions dashboard that allows you to improve the customer experience by identifying and remediating issues in a timely manner.
