Subject to business needs, employees have the flexibility to choose their worksite (home office, New Relic office, or hybrid). Candidates in the US must work in the State where they were hired. International candidates must work in the Country where they were hired. After hire and with approval, employees may transfer to another location where New Relic is authorized to do business. We do not require, but strongly encourage employees and contractors to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Candidates who may work at our India WeWork location must still be fully vaccinated, per WeWork’s policy.
We continue to take some COVID-related precautions, including:
- Encouraging rapid testing prior to visiting an office or attending a large team gathering
- Prohibiting employees with COVID symptoms from working onsite or attending gatherings
- Practicing social distancing and good hygiene (hand washing/sanitizing)
- Requiring employees to follow applicable quarantine, isolation, and/or mask guidelines from local, state, national or federal health and/or governmental authorities before attending a company-sponsored event, traveling for business, or working onsite at company or customer locations
