Java Agent に関するサポートではnrdiag の添付が必要です。
New Relicでは適切なテクニカルサポートを迅速に提供するために日々改善を続けております。
現在Java Agent に関するお問い合わせを頂く場合にはDiagnostics permalink を記載頂くことが必要になっています。
Diagnostics permalink
Diagnostics permalink とは、New RelicのDiagnostics CLI（診断CLI nrdiag）の結果をNew Relicにアップロードしたページのパーマリンクの事を指します。
細かなオプションはドキュメントを御確認ください。
Linuxの実行コマンドは以下のようになります。
コマンドを実行するとnrdiagが実行されlicenseKeyが属するAccountにデータがアップロードされます。
コマンド実行後に出力された短縮URL（https://onenr.io/xxxxxxx）を問い合わせチケットのパーマリンク欄に張り付けてください。
Networkの問題や、組織のPolicyなどにより診断結果のアップロードが出来ない場合は、Unable to run diagnostics にチェックを付け、アップロード出来ない理由を記載いただくことにより、nrdiagのパーマリンクを記載せずに問い合わせチケットを起票していただくことも出来ます。
自動アップロードが出来ない場合でも、調査のためにnrdiagによって生成されたZipファイルが必要となる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
今後Java 以外のお問い合わせでも同様にnrdiagが必要になる可能性もありますが、nrdiagの実行方法は他のAgentであっても同様です。
-s オプションで指定するSuite名が各Agent毎に異なります。
