All levels of RPM are supported. Reach out to us—and to fellow RPM users—on our support forum at http://getsatisfaction.com/newrelic. We'll share tips and tricks, answer all your questions, and announce product updates.
Can I try RPM before I buy it?
Be our guest. Use RPM Lite for free as long as you want to. It's yours to keep, with our compliments. Monitor Rails performance from development to production. Upgrade anytime to get even more features.
How does the subscription plan work?
You pay by the month (unless, of course, you've got the free RPM Lite). We designed New Relic RPM to fit applications of all sizes and shapes. When you subscribe, we bill you for the next full month. You pay in advance for each month. You can cancel anytime.
Get the 12th month free when you commit to a 12-month subscription.
How does the annual subscription work?
Commitment can be rewarding. When you commit to a annual subscription of RPM, you're billed every month. You get your 12th month free.
How do I upgrade?
You can upgrade anytime by visiting this page or by clicking the "Upgrade" button within the RPM application. If you forget and try to add more hosts than you pay for, we'll let you know. We'll take you to the easy upgrade page, where you can confirm what you need.
What if I upgrade (or downgrade) in the middle of the month?
Your new service begins immediately. Pay the new monthly rate the next time you're scheduled to be billed. You continue to pay at on the same day each month as before.
What if I want to cancel my service?
No problem. If you decide RPM isn't for you, simply cancel before your next billing period. You won't be charged for the next month of service.
If you committed to an annual subscription, your service and billing continue for the remainder of the contracted period. You can stop service and billing early by paying a one-time fee equal to 50% of the remaining months owed.
How easy is it to remove RPM from my application?
Unplugging is easy. Simply remove our rails extension from your application and RPM is removed. But we really think you won't want to...
I'm already using RPM and I have a question. Can you help?
